Holter Monitor

A Holter Monitor is a portable medical device used to continuously record the heart’s electrical activity (ECG) over a period of 24 to 48 hours or longer. It is worn by the patient during normal daily activities to detect irregular heart rhythms that may not appear during a standard ECG test. The Holter monitor helps doctors diagnose arrhythmias, palpitations, and other cardiac conditions with greater accuracy.
